Former Managing Partner at IAN ($200M fund) and Head of PE at Cisco ($2B+ portfolio), he has a proven track record of spotting transformative opportunities early across SaaS, AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, and hardware β€” delivering sustainable growth for companies and investors alike.

Partner/ Chief Investment Officer

Samir brings 17+ years across M&A, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship, with a track record of executing USD 1.5B+ in deals across PE investments, exits, and structured finance.
